We are proud members of Sustainable Salons, a resource recovery service designed for the salon environment which means we add on $3 green fee to every appointment. REFUND POLICY
Our stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer service. We do not issue refunds on salon services, however, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in salon - please notify us within 2 days of your appointment.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed your initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost providing it is to the same service you received initially.

Karen is a well experienced, award winning hairdresser, with over 20+ years in the game.
A mum of two who absolutely adores her job and working along side her fantastic team of girls in the fast paced, creative environment.
While she's always up for a good client to work with, she really enjoys training and loves being able to teach her apprentices everything they need to know in a fun, creative and positive way. Always bringing the positive vibes to the salon, she is a total asset to the team.
AMANDA - Salon Manager / Senior Stylist
Originally from Auckland, Amanda moved to Blenheim with her husband, for a change of lifestyle. She is a qualified hairdresser with 18+ years experience and has been specialising in colour for the last 10 years.
An absolute asset to the team, armed with a wealth of knowledge, her favourite things to do are big colour transformations and bright colours.
When she's not at work you’ll find her keeping herself busy with her family and enjoying beautiful Marlborough.
SINAED - Senior Stylist
Sinaed is a highly recommended and well loved senior stylist with 14+ years experience. Blondes are her forte but she really enjoys transforming the hair entirely and especially loves to make her clients feel glamorous and confident.
Sinaed is a team player - she is bubbly, personable, loves to have a laugh, and has a real knack for making her clients feel 100% at home in the chair. When she not at work doing what she loves, Sinaed is a wonderful mum to two little ladies who never give her a dull moment and constantly keep her on her toes.
REBECCA - Senior Stylist
Becca is a super fun, bubbly outgoing person thats an absolute asset to the team. Originally from the UK, she moved to Blenheim in 2008 and has made it her home!
She is kept busy, and on her toes outside of the salon with
her kiddies, and loves the Marlborough lifestyle.
Becca always dreamed of becoming a hairstylist and actually began her career at 16 years of age, she took some time off to start her but is back on the floor doing what she loves - that said, she loves working with bright colours, big transformations and enjoys making clients feel good about themselves. She is so lovely to all clients and enjoys building her relationship with them every time they visit.
LOU - Senior Stylist
Lou is relatively new to the Marlborough area and has chosen our beautiful region to nestle amongst after living abroad. Outside of the salon you can find her pottering around on her lifestyle block surrounded by her favourite things, her animals.
With 21 years experience in the industry , Lou knows the importance of a thorough consultation, and takes a holistic approach towards all things hair health. She is passionate about all aspects of hair design and can't wait to meet you.
ASH - Emerging Stylist
Ash is a real hoot. A total asset to our team, and our colour queen! She absolutely loves all things colour and the creative process of bringing her colour visions to life.
She really is one in a million this girl. Ash is a people person, she is bubbly, upbeat and always laughing - she a master at making clients feel fabulous every single time they visit the salon
CHARLOTTE - Apprentice
Charlotte is our senior apprentice here at allure, she has a natural flare for creativity, has always wanted to be a hair stylist and our clients are loving her bubbly personality.
As an apprentice - she is a vital part in helping us all achieve our best work - we can't do it all alone and Charlotte is a key player in our team of successful stylists.
JORJA - Apprentice
Jorja is the newest member of the Allure team, a vital apprentice.
Drawn to the industry through the love of all things hair, beauty and fashion, Jorja completed a hairdressing course at school and has come to us with the dream of becoming a qualified stylist. She loves how the role plays a part in helping people feel good about themselves and enjoys the creative side of hairdressing.
